According to the information, Basav Raju was a resident of Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh. He studied B.Tech. In 1970, he left home and joined the Maoist organization. During this time, in 1987, he also took a bomb making and training in the LTTE camp in the forest of Bastar. Raju was considered an expert of making bombs. In 2018, he was given the command of the Naxal organization. Baswa Raju’s real name is Nambala Keshav Rao. It is also known as Gagna, Prakash and BR. His age is said to be around 75 years. Baswa Raju was a dreaded Naxalite. He was the senior cadre of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and was the Chief of the South Bastar Divisional Committee. He was active on the boundaries of Chhattisgarh, Odisha to Andhra Pradesh.
