According to the information, Ranjit Singh was working on a construction site, when armed terrorists attacked. Omar Abdullah’s office posted on X and said, CM Abdullah is very worried about Ranjit Singh’s kidnapping. He has requested External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to intervene in the case so that Ranjit Singh can be brought back safely.

Sheela Devi, wife of Ranjit Singh, on Saturday pleaded with the Modi government for a safe return to her husband. He said that Ranjit was a safety officer in Transire Lighting Limited. His family lives in Chakkakundi village of Ramban. Ranjit Singh has three children. After July 15, Sheela Devi’s husband could not talk. Sheila said, on July 15, she spoke on WhatsApp. When called the management, he said that there are no network on the site. Sheela Devi received information about her husband’s kidnapping the next day. One of his friends told about the terrorist attack. At the same time, the management says that he has run into the forest fearing the terrorists.
Sheela Devi said, it seems that no attempt is being made to save her husband. He said that there is no positive response from the company in which Ranjit Singh used to work. Sheela Devi said, if the Ministry of External Affairs wants, then her husband can return safely.
