Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has blamed the mistake for the defeat in the Maharashtra assembly elections, which delayed during seat sharing and sent a wrong message to the people. Thackeray has admitted that this was a mistake, which would have to be improved. If such mistakes continue in future, then there is no point in staying in the alliance. The politics of Maharashtra and the capital Delhi has intensified since this statement by Thackeray. Congress leader Udit Raj reacted to the statement of Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray. He even said that the main reason for the defeat of Mahavikas Aghadi in the Maharashtra assembly elections was fraud.
During a conversation with IANS on Sunday, he said, see, what he is giving according to Uddhav Thackeray can also be the reason. But, that will be a very small reason. The real reason for defeat in the election is fake. How can about 70 lakh votes be cast after 5 pm? Is this also possible? And, the opposition’s votes were deliberately reduced. Voters were brought from outside when voting was going on. In some places, thousands of voters are registered at the same address.
According to Congress leader Udit Raj, Maharashtra elections have been cheated. Our leader Rahul Gandhi questioned the Election Commission on the basis of facts. Despite so many months, the Commission has not been able to answer Rahul Gandhi’s questions. What should it be understood? The Congress leader said that CCTV cameras are monitored during voting. However, the Election Commission has made a rule that CCTV footage is destroyed after 45 days.
In an interview to Shiv Sena (UBT) mouthpiece ‘Saamana’, Uddhav Thackeray admitted that he also had to give some such seats to alliance allies, on which his candidates had been winning. He said that the negotiations that took place till the last moments about seat sharing sent a wrong message among the public.
