The Speaker honored students for their achievements in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities, announcing ₹21,000 for the performers from GSSS Balera and ₹11,000 for the students of Government Primary School Balera.
Launch of Development Projects Worth ₹39 Lakh

Pathania inaugurated several development projects totaling ₹39 lakh, which included:
- ₹12 lakh for enhancements to school infrastructure
- ₹8 lakh for the newly established Atal Tinkering Lab
- ₹10 lakh for the ‘Apna Library’ initiated by the Chamba district administration
- ₹4 lakh for a new community hall
- ₹5 lakh for a Common Service Center

During his address, Pathania reiterated the government’s dedication to improving educational quality and infrastructure. He emphasized the importance of providing equal access to higher education for disadvantaged students and noted the continuous upgrades in educational facilities within the Bhattiyat constituency over the last two and a half years.
Investment in Road and Water Projects
Road and Water Projects Worth ₹500 Crore by 2027
Pathania announced that:
- 32 rural roads have been completed
- 18 are currently under construction
- 125 new roads are planned for completion within the next year
- Development projects worth ₹260 crore have been initiated
- ₹100 crore in new road projects have been approved
- By 2027, over ₹500 crore will be allocated for road and drinking water initiatives.

The Speaker encouraged students to lead a drug-free lifestyle and called upon community members to support the government’s anti-drug campaigns. He emphasized that consistent effort and dedication are essential for achieving long-term success.
