Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will communicate with the Gaupalakas and Gaushala operators of the state on 20 June at the Chief Minister’s residence. Also, an amount of about 90 crores will be transported to the cowsheds. The Gau-Shala Sammelan at the Chief Minister’s residence will be held from 12 noon. Minister of State for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Shri Lakhan Patel will also be present on the occasion. Government and non-government cow-shala operators and representatives from all the districts of the state will be involved in the conference.

Principal Secretary Animal Husbandry and Dairy Shri Umakant Umrao informed that the financial grant for proper arrangement of cow dynasty in cow-shalas registered by the state government in the state. 20 per cow dynasty increased from day to Rs. 40 per day per day has been done. According to this, the grant amount of April and May 2025 for the cow dynasty being followed in the cow-shalas will be released in the installment conference of about 90 crores.

In the conference, cow-service awards will be given to selected cow-shores and institutions under Acharya Vidyasagar Jeeva Daya Gau-Seva Samman Yojana. First prize will be given Rs 5 lakh, second prize Rs 3 lakh, third prize Rs 02 lakh and consolation prize of Rs 50-50 thousand will be given. For outstanding work in the field of Gausseva, first prize of Rs 01 lakh, second prize Rs 50 thousand and third prize Rs 20 thousand will be given in the individual category.

Kamdhenu scheme has been started to promote milk production in the state, in which schemes ranging from 25 milch animals to 200 milch animals will be approved for dairy business. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will also distribute acceptance letters to the beneficiaries of this scheme. In the conference, the registration certificate to the new cow-shalas and tractor, trolley to the beneficiaries will also be done in collaboration with the MP Gau-Samdhan Board and Dayodaya Mahasangh. The conference will also feature a short film on the subject of “growing steps of the state in the field of animal husbandry”.
