Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Sri Krishna’s birthplace on the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami and addressed the devotees from India and abroad. He insisted on working for Lokmangal and Rashtra Mars, calling for Lord Krishna to walk on the path of religion. During this time, the Chief Minister talked about maintaining a balance between the conservation and modern development of Sanatan Dharma, and also highlighted the achievements of his government.
Message of unity and nationalism given from Krishna Janmabhoomi
Chief Minister Yogi, who reached Shri Krishna’s birthplace at around 11.50 am, first saw Thakur Keshavdev and Mata Yogmaya. After this, he worshiped Sri Krishna Chabutre in the sanctum sanctorum. After visiting the Bhagwat Bhavan, he gave his address to the premises filled with devotees. The Chief Minister shouted “Vrindavan Bihari Lal” and “Jai Shri Radhe”, which led to the entire campus echoed. Wishing the 5252nd birth anniversary of Shri Krishna, he said that this is the land of the full incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Shri Krishna’s pastimes, and it is a privilege of all of us that many incarnations of God have gratitude to the land of Uttar Pradesh. He said that from Ayodhya to Mathura, these places are symbols of our spiritual heritage.
Double engine emphasis on government’s development works
The Chief Minister said that for the last eight-nine years, he has been getting an opportunity to attend Janmashtami and Barsana Rangotsav. He said that his government has resolved to re -establish places like Mathura, Vrindavan, Barsana, Gokul, Baldev, Govardhan and Radha Kund as a pilgrimage. He reiterated the ongoing double engine government’s commitment under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi that he is working on modern development for the preservation of spiritual heritage and facilities of devotees. Giving the example of Kashi Vishwanath Dham and the grand Ram temple being built in Ayodhya, he said that Uttar Pradesh is establishing a new paradigm in the country and the world for its spiritual heritage and state -of -the -art development.
Emphasis on cow protection and social unity
In his address, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also highlighted the importance of cow protection. He said that Gau Mata is one of the symbols of Sanatan Dharma. He said that his government is working for the protection of the destitute cow dynasty, and the farmers who follow cow are being given ₹ 1500 per month. He said that more than 16 lakh cows are currently being protected. The Chief Minister also urged people to beware of tendencies that weaken the country in the name of caste, region or language. He said that it should be our resolve to respect the soldiers who protect the boundaries of the country and work for social unity. He said that as long as the flag of Sanatan Dharma continues to guide the world, the world will remain a sense of brotherhood, peace and harmony.

The Chief Minister referred to the Prime Minister’s ‘Panch Pran’, which includes completely abolishing the excerpts of slavery, making Swadeshi a mantra of life, preserving heritage, respecting the soldiers of the country and working for social unity. Giving the example of the construction of the grand Ram temple in Kashi Vishwanath Dham and Ayodhya, he said that these projects have revived the spiritual and cultural heritage of the country. He said that the corridor being built in Vindhyavasini Dham is also attracting devotees.
Role of Braj Tirtha Vikas Parishad
The Chief Minister appreciated the Braj Tirtha Vikas Parishad working for the development of Braj region and said that this council is taking this area towards new paradigms of development under the guidance of honorable public representatives. He said that it is our duty to connect this mythological heritage of more than 5000 years with the process of modern development. Addressing the devotees, he said that we have to beware of the evils that try to weaken the country.
Honor to the symbols of Sanatan
At the end of his address, the Chief Minister insisted on respecting the symbols of Sanatan Dharma such as Ganga, Yamuna, Gau Mata, Gayatri and pilgrimages. He said that all these are our identity and their protection is our responsibility. He once again congratulated everyone on Shri Krishna Janmashtami and shouted slogans of ‘Shri Keshav Dev Maharaj Ki Jai’, ‘Shri Krishna Kanhaiya Ki Jai’, ‘Shri Radhe Rani Ki Jai’, ‘Shri Yamuna Maiya Ki Jai’ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
