In Operation Sindoor, the army wounded not only the terrorists but also the Pakistani Army so much that it would take a long time to fill it. The Chinar Corps of the Indian Army have completely demolished the military structure located in the PoK’s Lipa Valley. Army officials say that Pakistan may take 8 to 12 months to re -erect this infrastructure.
On visiting the Line of Control (LOC) at Tangdhar, an advance area of Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, it was observed that the Pakistani military structure in PoK has been destroyed after Indian retaliation under Operation Sindoor in the second week of May. A senior army official said, “We completely destroyed many locations like at least three posts, one ammunition depot, fuel storage facility and artillery. Our retaliation was so impressive that it would take a long time to re-prepare Pakistan for Pakistan.”
Accurate answer to every attack of Pakistan
Another official said that the Pakistan Army used heavy weapons as well as air means, but due to the Indian air defense and ‘Akashdeep’ radar system, they could not cause any significant harm. The Indian Army targeted only the Pakistani bases where maximum damage could be done. According to officials, at least 64 Pakistani soldiers were killed and 96 injured in this retaliation.
Three times the answer to every ceasefire
A top official of the Chinar Corps said, “Our message was clear – we will reply three times the violation of every ceasefire violation.” On May 7, the Indian Army destroyed 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan and PoK under Operation Sindoor in an accurate attack on 7 May near Muzaffarabad. The attack was carried out on 22 April in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
Army officials said that during the attack, a Pakistani brigade commander sent a message to the soldiers hiding in the mosque – “First, save, the offices will open later.” Pakistan tried to retaliate on Indian military bases on 8, 9 and 10 May, but the Indian Army thwarted every attempt. The two countries eventually agreed on the ceasefire on 10 May.
