Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis was given heartfelt greetings by top leaders and colleagues of the country on his birthday. Several prominent leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde appreciated the contribution of Devendra Fadnavis and wished for his longevity and healthy life. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Best wishes to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He is making tireless efforts for the progress of Maharashtra and the empowerment of the poor and the underprivileged. God should give him longevity and healthy life.”
Praising Fadnavis’ works, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “Under Modi ji, you are doing admirable work for the revival of public welfare and cultural heritage in Maharashtra. You are providing basic facilities to the poor and underprivileged in a transparent manner. Ganapati Bappa gives you a long life and healthy life.” Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said in his message, “Birthday wishes to the famous Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis. I pray to God for his healthy and longevity life.” Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde described Fadnavis as “anonymous hero of Maharashtra’s development journey”, saying, “You are a skilled administrator, economist and law expert, visionary leader and strong colleague of Mahayuti. You are constantly trying to raise the voice of the public.
Devendra Fadnavis was born on 22 July 1970 in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He studied law and business management from Nagpur University. The political journey began in 1992 as a councilor of Nagpur Municipal Corporation. In 1999, he became an MLA from Nagpur south-west for the first time and won four consecutive times. In 2014, he became the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, who remained till 2019. In 2022, he again became the Chief Minister. Fadnavis has contributed significantly to the progress of Maharashtra by insisting on infrastructure, rural development and transparent governance. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was heartily congratulated by the country’s top leaders and colleagues on his birthday. Supriya Sule said in her message, “Happy birthday to Ajit Dada. The coming year brought happiness to you.” Ajit Pawar is the prominent politician of Maharashtra and current Deputy Chief Minister. He was born on 22 July 1959 in Devlali Pravera in Ahmednagar. He is the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and was associated with his uncle Sharad Pawar for a long time. However, in 2023, he separated from NCP and joined the Mahayuti alliance. He has been representing the Baramati assembly constituency since 1991. Ajit Pawar has also served as Finance, Water Resources Minister.
