The rally, taken out by nursing trainee students, was flagged off by Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. U.L. Koukhik. After this, nursing students organized rangoli competition related to dengue, quiz competition, essay writing etc. and prizes were also distributed to the participants.

District Nodal Officer Dr. Aditya Sinha gave close information about the symptoms of dengue, its effects and measures to survive in critical condition. Giving information about the symptoms of dengue, he said that sudden high headache, high fever, pain in muscles and joints, pain behind the eyes, germ mitlana and vomiting, nose, mouth, gums bleeding, skin rashes, etc. in severe cases, etc. The District Program Manager said that the participation of the community is necessary for the prevention and control of dengue. Pre-prevention activities of the monsoon can prevent dengue infection only on the participation of the community, awareness etc. through coordination and publicity with the Panchayat and Urban Development Department.
