Shiva devotees are performing Jalabhishek in the Mahadev temple since late night. The circumambulation will be completed after Jalabhishek at Balkeshwar Mahadev Temple in the morning. The Balkeshwar Mahadev Temple has been inaugurated late Sunday evening.
